I got a new toy yesterday! And it's full of wunnerful, sshmelly sshtuff called catnip! ooooooooo!
Momma said she thought I was old enough to try it but Dad said it made me even more hyper, whatever that means, so I only had it for a little bit.....but several times!! ooooooo!!!
Aaaannnd.....last nite Momma took me outside!! She didn't put down, I had to stay in her arms the whole time, but she & Dad showed me these little blinky bugs called fireflies! I don't know why they're called that, they didn't look like they were burning. Dad also said they're called lightning bugs, but I didn't hear any rumblies with them. Silly humans. I'll just call them blinky bugs.

Blinky bugs. I have never seen one of those! You are lucky!! I asked mama and she says she hasn't seen one in years and years. And she thinks blinky bugs is a good name... me too.
Salem, Ripley and Sophie say "Hi", nephew! You'll have to get your mommy to put you on the tickly green stuff outside. And there's nothin' like rollin' aroun' in the smelly stuff that comes out of the ground instead of in a toy! "Course you haven't lived until you've chased (& caught) one of the flying thingies. Their fur don't taste to good, tho.
